Progress is key
Olympe’s training is based on a progressive system. She starts her work with clients by ensuring the foundations of the body are correct through alignment, basic endurance and having a strong core. She then introduces a staged regime to reach her clients’ personal goals.
Her technique incorporates Myofascial Release - a soft way to activate the muscles & improve the range of motion - body weight training, resistance training and weight lifting.
Olympe’s approach is about respecting people’s strength and limitations and adapting each session depending on how her clients are feeling on the day (fatigued, stressed, energised etc).
